Still Waiting!

I placed an order for my bamboo blind on Jan. 25. It was supposed to be delivered on March 5, to this day today, March 30, I still have not received it. It shows it still sitting in Austin, TX since March 19 and has not moved!
Everytime I call I get a different story.
I would just be cautious about ordering from this company, I am very disappointed. I just want my bamboo blind that I paid for!

Very Happy customer

Ordered a solar shade for a large window. Really impressed insulation was a breeze and it sure has cooled down that west sun room. Got my order much faster than they estimated. Would definitely order again and recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful product

I ordered a custom made dual sheer shade for the picture window in my living room. It's a big window--over 82 inches wide. I bought the extra insurance that covers any measurement mistakes, since I'm not handy and don't trust myself with a tape measure, but I didn't need to worry. The shade fits perfectly. It works like a dream. Very high quality. I had a handyman help with the install and he said it's one of the nicest ones he's ever seen. The movements are smooth and it is well made. I'm delighted with it, plus I took advantage of the president's day sale and wound up getting $75 off. A great bargain for sure!

poor quality

I ordered cellular shades in 5/2020 and was very happy with the product. I just reorder the same cellular shade 3/2021 and what I received this time is very cheap in comparison. The quality and design of the hardware is poor. The brackets bend and flex easily and no longer match. I called customer support and they said they are getting from a different manufacturer and the only thing they could do was to send me more of this poor quality hardware.

VERY poor Customer service

VERY poor Customer service. I helped my son order his new blinds for their home. We were very pleased with the price and selected. however the day we placed the order the sale persons (Cody) some how charge my sons card twice. We brought this to his attention before the sale was complete. Cody assured us that is would only be a pending charge and would fall off in no more than 48 hours. well it has been over 14 days and it is a full charge twice. (duplicate charge is 800.00) . My son & I have contacted the company over 10 times via phone and email.... without a resolutions. Every person we spoke with said they would call us back & email. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service.

Dual sheer shades

I bought 14 of these all different sizes and I thought I was going to regret it but thankfully it all worked great, pandemic and slow mail.

First: material, I compared it with a known brand and it was exactly the same for a lot less. I picked silver color (looks a little white. But works on my space). The shades are very light in weight so great for big windows.

Measurements: read and watch the video on how to measure according to your preference ( I chose to mount inside the frames) please be aware of the difference in frames and brackets. I posted pictures for reference hopefully this will help someone. Take your time and double check your measurements down to 1/16in

Shipping: I was told 4 weeks I got them within 2 weeks it was amazing and perfectly on time. Easy to track your package. I received one shipment one day and the rest the next day.

Hanging them, need two ppl maybe one person if the frame are straight line and perfectly squared. It took about 10 mins per window. Easy to medium level.

I can recommend this product based on my experience. I will be ordering 4 more and hope I have the same experience.

Bad customer service

The first time I purchased blinds form just bilnds.com they did not sent all the parts for proper installation.
When I contacted customer service for the parts needed the employee stated that( if I had used an interior designer the mistake would have been prevented!) yet they sent the parts anyway. The next two purchases went without a problem. The next and final order I will ever do with them I purchased two different colors of which one was correct and the other was not. The blinds that were sent incorrect were not only the wrong color from the website but did not match with themselves. The trim kit and the bottom rail did not match the color of the blinds. When contacting customer service to correct the problem they were short on responses and sent an additional trim kit that matched the wrong color blinds sent in the first delivery. I was left with the color I did not choose with no response form customer service. Very unhappy!

Cheap quality

I ordered some Roman shades with the "standard" warranty. When they finally arrived, the quality is substandard at best. You can see the cheap staples on the blinds. The material is flimsy and of low quality. When I called to see what my options were, I was informed because I didn't get a "deluxe" warranty for $14 more, there were no return options. This is shady. Send out quality product to begin with and there wouldn't be a need to have a "deluxe" warranty option. Will never do business with this company again and will be vocal about it to others.

Thanks Sarah R for helping me with replacing tassels on my justblinds order. I had ordered my blinds for upstairs in my home and when I ordered the downstairs blinds the tassels did not match. She was so kind to find me 12 new ones free of charge. Thanks!!!

This company should close.

Ordered blinds in June 2020. No updates whatsoever. After a month of waiting, I attempted to contact the company through every means necessary and never received an update. I never received the blinds and honestly forgot about them (I order a lot of blinds for rental properties and lost track). In late September I received an email that my blinds were "in production" and would ship in early December. Really??? Four months for an update and then two months to produce two sets of generic mini-blinds?!?
I've worked with many online blind companies and this is the worst experience ever. They don't respond to any communication, don't provide updates, and clearly have no ability to produce the product. Even if the delays are due to COVID, they should just close.
